This can become invaluable when a bad firewall rule locks you, the admin, out of the Server Admin tool. Just issue a serveradmin stop ipfilter command, and you re right back in! You can also configure settings that aren t available in the GUI. For example, we ll use VPN to customize where we put our logs. First, type sudo serveradmin settings vpn.
